We have used the services of Advanced Business Systems since June of 2007, when we re-located our offices from the West Windsor train station area to Quakerbridge Road. Our previous service provider could not commit to a prompt service turnaround forcing us to look for other vendors.

NJPCA being a small office of only 12 employees, we do not operate on a shared network system, so our computer problems are as individual as we are. We’ve replaced 5 of the 11 computers in those two years, including all transferring of data and software from old to new system, and usually within a two-day turnaround.

They are very professional and prompt and explain what needs to be done as well as submit a quote for service prior to any work being done. When the computer is replaced, the person installing take the time to set everything back up, assist in setting up the e-mail account again, and answer any questions or concerns we may have.

Occasionally a question will arise after the service tech has left, they are always just a phone call away and can usually walk us through any adjustments and there is never an extra or hidden charge.

 I think you will be pleased with the prompt and efficient service that Advanced Business Systems offers.
